Anastasia Stroujkova
Senior Consultant
After receiving her PhD from Duke University in 2000 Dr. Stroujkova worked in various areas of seismology, including volcano and geothermal studies, seismic explorations, seismic and acoustic monitoring of explosions and forensic seismology. During her career she organized and led multiple field experiments involving seismic network design and deployment, borehole drilling, explosive charge design and detonations of underground chemical explosions as well as seismic data acquisition and processing. In addition, she conducted theoretical studies of the seismic sources and performed numerical simulations of the seismic waves from earthquakes and explosions on both local and regional scales.
