Decision Support for Morocco’s Office National des Hydrocarbures et des Mines (ONHYM)

Enegis assisted ONHYM to upgrade its decision support systems across the organization.  The effort was directed toward increasing ONHYM’s capacity to oversee the hydrocarbon sector.  The project was conducted over a two-year period and involved assessment of exploration, development, production, investment promotion and including activities for seismic processing, interpretation, geoscience, and economic evaluation and development of a National Data Repository.  Enegis staff traveled to Morocco on numerous occasions to interview top executives within ONHYM, assessing needs within the organization and implement a program for improvement.
